Good support starts
with fair conditions.
Working together begins with a conversation about experience, availability and expectations. Tasks and schedules are discussed before an assignment starts.
Common questions
Questions that
often come up first.
What does live-in support mean?
The caregiver stays in the person's home during the agreed assignment. This Austrian model provides everyday support with planned rotations and rest periods. It does not mean continuous working hours.
What kind of support can be arranged?
Everyday support may include household tasks, companionship, accompanying the person and help with daily activities. Medical treatment and professional nursing services are coordinated with the appropriately authorised professionals.
How are costs agreed?
Costs depend on the support needed, the assignment and the services agreed. The caregiver's remuneration and the coordination services are explained separately. A specific offer follows a conversation about the personal situation.
Can support be arranged for a limited period?
Temporary support can be discussed, including after a hospital stay. The appropriate period and availability are considered for each situation.
