When the website is accessed, the hosting provider processes technical connection data such as IP address, request time, the requested page and browser information. These data support the delivery and security of the website. Hosting is provided by Hostinger. The provider's information is available at https://www.hostinger.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Cookies and content

The website has no embedded analytics, advertising or map services. Fonts and images are loaded locally from the website server. Language switching uses normal page links. The WordPress administration may use technically necessary login cookies.

Form, email, phone and WhatsApp

The form sends your name, email address, enquiry and message to office@dalmacare.com so that your enquiry can be answered. Messages are not saved as records in WordPress. Emails are retained in the mailbox for as long as needed for the enquiry and applicable obligations. To limit abusive submissions, the server temporarily stores a cryptographically derived IP identifier and an attempt counter for ten minutes. Please do not send medical records through the form, email or WhatsApp. Telephone enquiries involve the information needed for a reply. WhatsApp opens only when selected by the visitor, and the message is sent within the app. The service privacy policy is available at https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy-eea. The interview request form also includes a phone number and interview availability. The appointment is confirmed afterwards.

Contact details and organisational information are used to answer enquiries or prepare an agreed arrangement. The basis is pre-contractual communication or performance of an agreement. Information is needed for as long as its purpose or applicable legal obligations require.
